Pos laju bahagian kota tinggi..call tak pernah nak angkat..ade masa bila call talian diguna..maknanya aktif..susah nak confirmkan sesuatu barang yg pending..tracking bergerak..tp unsuccesfull..jadi nak bertyakan barang dimana..tak dapat nak tau

Disappointed with the service , which really make me not convenient at all, already stated as post laju, but end up send my parcel to another place and I need to go over to collect from other people (stranger).
1. Post laju make mistake send to wrong location but I need to bare the transport cost to go over to collect the parcel. It is really not fair for me.
2. The tracking system is useless, which didn't update at all, I keep tracking from system, my parcel stated still at kota tinggi processing.
3. And called up for clarification but didn't answer call and line always busy.
4. I had send email to post laju as well, but didn't get any reply on that.
5. When the Kota tinggi staff answer call and told me my parcel had exchange with other person, but I didn't receive any parcel from post laju also. If I didn't call up for clarification, I won't know my parcel had send to wrong place.
6. Luckily the received wrong parcel customer is honest. If not I will unable to find my parcel also.

its almost 1 week my item havent receive yet.The tracking system is useless, which didn't update at all, I keep tracking from system, my parcel stated still at segambut and processing.i been calling since last week but never answer at all and i had been sent email to poslaju but didnt get reply.such a disappointed with your service
